Shipping within Italy:
Italy: delivery within 1–2 business days (2–3 days for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia).
European Union: delivery within 2–4 business days.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are payable by the customer and calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of €200 or more within Italy and €300 or more within European Union countries.
For bulky items, shipping costs may also be calculated based on the package’s volumetric weight and the carrier’s rates.

International shipping:
Shipping to non-EU countries is available on request.

Returns
Return request:
To request a return, contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return conditions:
A return will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:
- The product must be intact, unused and unwashed.
- It must be returned with all original labels intact and attached.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of items that have been worn, used or washed, even partially.
- Please try the product on with the utmost care before removing the labels.
- The customer is responsible for carefully checking the product’s measurements, features and description before purchasing.
Any signs of use, alteration or failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being rejected.
Procedure:
Returns that have not been authorised in advance, or that are sent without first receiving instructions, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Note:
- Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or products that do not conform to the order.
- Made-to-measure or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded.
